Previously "PILATES: Reformer Progressions L2", this is an intermediate class that brings everything together through more continuous, flowing sequences. Expect a stronger pace, more complex transitions, and a greater demand on coordination, strength, and control.
Best suited for those with a solid foundation who are comfortable moving with confidence on the reformer. We recommend attending 5–10 Refine classes before progressing to Elevate.
