Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for yoga, Pilates, and barre instructors who care deeply about people and take pride in their teaching.

We welcome instructors at all stages, whether you are newer and eager to grow, or experienced and seeking a supportive, community-focused studio. Alignment with our values is what matters most.

This role may not be the right fit if:

• You prefer teaching mostly experienced movers rather than beginners or mixed-level groups

• You prefer a highly prescriptive class structure

• You thrive best in large, high-energy studio environments

Requirements & Qualifications

We welcome instructors who are passionate, professional, and aligned with our values.

• Certified – Yoga, Pilates, or Barre certification for the classes you teach

• Trained – Knowledge of safe progressions and clear cueing

• Experienced with Mixed Levels – Comfortable teaching beginners and more advanced movers

• Professional – Reliable, punctual, and communicative

• Open to Growth – Willing to collaborate and learn

• Optional but Recommended – Personal liability insurance and first aid/CPR

We support instructors at all experience levels, from newer teachers to seasoned pros, in a community-focused environment.
