Previously "PILATES: Reformer Essentials L1", this class builds on your foundations, focusing on strength, coordination, and refining your alignment. Expect more layered sequences and a steady pace that challenges you while keeping movement precise.


This is a multi-level, beginner-friendly class. If you’re new to the reformer, we recommend attending at least 5 Ground sessions first so you’re familiar with the basics. Options are offered throughout to support you as you progress.
