A dynamic jumpboard class that adds a cardio twist to your reformer practice. Expect continuous movement, a slightly quicker pace, and a mix of strength and endurance work using the jumpboard.
While this is a multi-level class, we strongly recommend attending at least 5 Ground sessions first so youβre familiar with the basics. Options are offered throughout so you can adjust the intensity and move at your own pace.
